Finding Peace

Hi… it’s been a while! I hope you are doing super amazing. And if you are doing super amazing, finding peace in your life, I want to give you a hug and a high 5! Life in this completely imperfect world is hard to do on that scale. Seriously. Way to go!

What a crazy life this is… amiright? If it isn’t one thing, it seems to be another, and boy-oh-boy is the possession of peace the most important right now.

The Peace-takers vs The Peace-makers

It seems like no matter where I look, there are peace-takers all around us. Taking our time away from us with all these demands we see in front of us. Not only making us think we have to have the biggest and best and most, but that we have to have it now. Basically keeping us distracted from what is most important. When we give our peace away, we feel anxious and fearful and we allow negativity to creep into our lives. Negativity that we feel we can’t control to some extent – because the world is telling us how to live.

I have found peace to be something that I am seeking daily as I navigate the stay-at-home, work-at-home, homeschool, farm tender, organizer of all things… life. As a mom, I want our girls to have peace in their lives to live and prosper in a world where chaos stops at their door. Where confusion is made clear. Where the turmoil and insanity of the real world doesn’t penetrate their real worlds.

Peace has been something I don’t always feel I find easily, and I am working on ways to figure that out as we move through changes and constant demands of life.

Compromising our peace

Being a mom of four girls is ROUGH! Can I get an AMEN!? As I have said, it’s time-consuming, all-consuming, chaotic and down-right nuts! When I was pregnant with our fourth girl, I remember praying over and over for God to give me the strength to even begin to think of how I was going to do it. I knew what meeting the demands of three little girls felt like at the time – I could only imagine what four would feel like. Those thoughts were fear talking and weren’t productive in finding peace. But wow – the peace that would cover me after crying out for comfort in that time was heavy. It was like a warm chenille blanket covering me at just the right time. The peace that surpasses all understanding… and that feeling comforts me still to this day.

The peace that I found in giving it all over and deciding – hey, I can handle so much, but THIS… I can’t. I can handle a lot – being diagnosed with MS, changing my diet and my whole life(see my post all about this HERE and HERE), constantly being needed and huge responsibilities; but it takes a toll and that lack of peace can cause stress. Stress is against my rules of how I want to live my life… so much so that I find myself avoiding stressful situations in order to cope. Is this healthy? Ha, asking for a friend. I think we know the answer to that.

My list – constantly modified

So, how am I finding peace in my life? How can you discover the same for yours?

  1. The Lord – I believe the Lord is there for us to call on in times of need. He is able to handle all of it. When I feel most distraught and lacking peace, I call on Him.
  2. Time – I take time for myself. I remove myself from situations where I’m not at my best. I decide that because I can control my response to the peace-takers, I can walk away (or close the site) when my comfort is at stake.
  3. Sing – I joined the church choir 6 months ago. What an AMAZING experience it has been for me. I have been able to grow in spiritual ways, feel a connection to God, make friends and sing my heart out with some amazing musicians. ( I have been singing since I can remember and it has always brought me SO MUCH JOY). We sing praise and worship songs, like the ones you might hear on Christian radio stations, we have fun and dedicate time to making it wonderful. It’s SUCH a gift to be involved in something so life-giving. It gives peace to my soul.
  4. Dates – I find that my husband helps me create peace in my life more than I ever realized. He is my rock, and so rational that it’s irritating at times (I joke but I sincerely love this about him – because I tend to be the opposite). The older I’ve gotten and the longer we’ve been married, the more I respect and love him for who he is and how we are so different. As a result, we give each other what the other one needs. <3
  5. Down-time – I’ve tried to find more downtime in our every day. I’m striving to make this match my thought process of homeschooling and accomplishing everything we need to daily. Downtime for us looks like playing Memory while relaxing together, cuddling on the couch watching a movie, baking cookies together, and tending to our farm.
  6. Get outside – any time I’m outside, I find peace. Outside is my happy place. I will always crave time there. Activities outside are even better. Pulling weeds, trimming roses, selling fruit for the farm. Grumpy kids? Send them outside. Grumpy momma? Take a break outside. Go listen to the birds sing and look at the clouds in the sky while soaking your feet in the long green grass and tell me you don’t feel better.
  7. Audible – sometimes getting out of my own head is helpful. Listening to books on Audible has become one of my favorite things to do lately. I like mystery or thriller books – haha craving that stressful dopamine rush after all – but self-help books are good too. My 13-year-old has found a new love of cleaning while listening to books on how to make money. Whatever gets her motivated, I’m here for it!
  8. Essential Oils – something I’ve used for 10 YEARS! I’ve been using Young Living Essential Oils to help me with finding peace for 10 years! Crazy to think it’s been that long… but how incredible that they work so well. My favorites for helping me de-stress and calm my thoughts are Peace & Calming and Valor. Both smell incredible and take the edge off when I am feeling consumed.

Those are my tips for finding peace… and I’m still seeking more, always on the hunt to create a better world for us. What are some ways you are creating peace in your life? What can you tweak and modify to make life less stressful and more peaceful?

Moving forward…

Go out and join that group, put your feet in the grass, take some time off social media, go on a date with your spouse or your best friend. Some people rely on meditation for creating peace, and this article I found HERE talks more about that. Whatever you choose, I promise, that feeling of peace will show up and you’ll crave it more and more. Keep positivity and peace forefront in your life and say no to every.other.option.

One more thing – don’t forget to smile. Peace.

Better Than Ever

It’s been some time, and I’ve had a lot of time to grow up, just like you. My last post was in 2017 when I was just a baby warrior who was still navigating this crazy grown-up world. Because this crazy grown-up world was too much for me at the time, and I was flailing. I was figuring out my diagnosis (Multiple Sclerosis diagnosed in 2016) and what it entailed, while also deciding daily that it was not going to run me. Because of it all, I was trying my hardest to heal and grow a family… which in turn led us to having our 4th beautiful daughter who is now almost 4 years old. Crazy how life and God throws in curve balls right when we need it most.

What’s Happening?

I have so much to update from the past 5 years of this essentially awesome life… some good, some bad, some mundane days in between that fill in those big events we like to hang onto.

But first, currently life is good. We have 4 healthy, growing daughters. Two of whom seem a lot more adult-like than I’d like to admit. They’re currently 15, 12, 8, and a month away from turning 4 years old. My husband R and I have been married for 15 years, we’re living on our M5 Farm (now updated and known as Red Brick Ranch) while raising food and animals to help sustain our lives and the lives of those in our community – more on this soon.

There is NEVER a dull moment. Oh, and did I mention we’re now homeschooling the younger 3 and my home business is still our main thing? Ever heard of Young Living Essential Oils?? Well, you’re about to get educated!

Whew! Life is a whirlwind. Sometimes it seems like things are constantly moving and spinning and changing. Good thing I learned how to embrace change a long time ago – boy that was not easy, but definitely NECESSARY living in this ever-changing world.

Even if it’s easier to bury your head, your best is ahead of you

What changed?

With the insanity of our lives, the past 6 years since my diagnosis have flown by. I’m happy to share that I have been flare free since the initial flare that diagnosed me… and I attribute it ALL to lifestyle changes I made. Recovery from any autoimmune disease is not easy. MS recovery is something that doctors won’t even recognize most of the time. It’s real, frustrating and leaves the responsibility in the affected person’s hands to find answers. (Read back to my other blog posts “Becoming A Warrior” and “What’s Next… A Road To Recovery” to see all that happened during and after diagnosis if you’d like.) I completely changed my diet, started The Wahls Protocol almost right away and have never looked back. Vegetables and fruit are my lifeline. Clean and grass-fed meats are necessary. Exercise and rest with a low-stress lifestyle are imerative.

Food is incredibly important to the way our bodies function. I’ll be talking MUCH more about food, recipes, my favorite ways of making things easy… and my guilty pleasures. YES, I have a few.

You matter

What’s Next? A Road To Recovery…

You get some crazy, insane news from your doctor one day – Multiple Sclerosis. (If you’re catching up, read my past post “Becoming A Warrior“.) News that comes at you and seemingly runs you over like a mac truck. It’s shocking and somewhat expected at the same time, and you choose to not ignore it anymore, because that’s physically impossible.  You are faced with making a choice. You can take the first or second route. The first is filled with unexpected craziness, things you don’t like, things you don’t feel comfortable with, things that make you want to run. Far.

You are told by your doc that this is the route that you will take, and you will be forced to take it for the rest of your life. He looks at you and says “you will be on disease-modifying drugs (DMDs) for the rest of your life”. Check out the INSANE list of options here. But, I digress. Just those thirteen words send your mind reeling with all the awful, horrible, no good, very bad things that are going to happen because of it.

All you can  think about are the commercials you see with all the pharmaceutical companies barking at you – take this! Take that! Multiple Sclerosis doesn’t have to interfere – just down some crazy drugs! Telling you every single side effect that could and would happen if you take the drugs. So many side effects that your head could likely spin, and you could levitate at the drop of a hat if you thought about it long enough. Ha. Not really, but really.

No Thank You

The last thing you want is to feel sick because you are on something you’ve never heard of. Something you never read about, and never have known anyone who has taken it. Not to mention, the seriously long list of options when determining which drug to take, and the giant stack of information that is thrown at you to review and decide on NOW.  Imagine, you can’t even hardly see the doc – like close to blind. He expects you to give him an answer on what you’re wanting to do “for the rest of your life” right now. Decide.

So instead, you think. There has to be a way out. This isn’t it. It’s not my only option. There is more, there has to be. There’s way too much out there in this world for this to be it.

What do you do? You search for a second route. Tell your doc that you’re not going to settle for this. You won’t be doing anything or making any drastic decisions until you know more about everything. All possibilities. Every way it could go. You need to know before you make a decision and put your life on the road he’s suggesting.

The Diagnosis Is Just The Beginning

This is how it all began for me, after the Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis that I was given by my not-so-understanding-or-compassionate-neurologist. When I said in a previous post that I decided to never set foot in his office again because of the way I was treated, that was true. I have never stepped foot back into his office and never plan to again. I was the 5th person he’d diagnosed with MS that morning in his office, and he had zero compassion, zero understanding of my needs or desires, and zero ability to see past the disease-modifying drugs long enough to understand that there could be other possibilities. So, I said no thank you. See ya never, doc.

Our journey began that afternoon, after leaving his office. We left feeling defeated, exhausted, overwhelmed, scared to death, and confused. It was a completely dark place. I never felt that way in my life, and it was one of the first times I got to console R as he cried into my arms, instead of vice versa. Together we sobbed. Thinking and feeling and just being. We held each other up so the other wouldn’t fall to the ground and just lose it out of desperation. Taking turns crying so hard our breath was caught short. He would console me, then I would have to help him right back up while we saw a glimmer of hope that things would work out somehow.

We weren’t sure where we would go, but we knew where we weren’t going, and we knew that decision felt like the right one. No matter how scary it was, we knew that we had to make the call and we chose to say no, so that we could say yes to something else.

What Next?

When we got home, R immediately called a friend of ours, who also happens to be a naturopathic doctor. We asked if there was anything he could do to help, and we knew that diet would be a major focus of this new life. We knew that he would support us with this and that he had some testing he offered to find out which foods were inflaming my body, so that I could stay away from them. It was nice to instantly have someone on our side, and someone to make us feel like we had hope.

DMDs were not hope for us. They were a “quick fix” if you will. A way for the doctor to have an answer when there are no concrete answers. They were a guarantee that life would go the way it was going… in a downward spiral to a future that was very scary and unknown. So saying NO was the best choice I could have made, knowing the two routes that laid ahead of me at the time.

Thank God For Alternatives

We searched and read and researched and asked questions wherever we could. A few friends who I told early on led me to others who had similar diagnoses as mine, and those people gave me book names to read and information on where to find specific diets that people have seen success with. My husband had read that diet could impact the path of MS greatly, and it was time to figure this out. He was researching it the day the diagnosis was confirmed. We wasted no time.

So the journey to healing began. It is a constant, all-of-the-time thing. It’s not something that is done for a period of time, and then TADA!! ALL DONE! YOU’RE HEALED!!! Nope. Rather, it’s like flip of a switch and now, for the rest of my life, this is the way it will be. I never want to have to experience something like what happened last year again. There is no way that can ever happen. And because I need to make sure of that, something had to change.

Attracting Light

The Power of Positive Thinking

We get the life we want by attracting the things we want through positive thinking. Do you think that’s true?

Ever since I was a young girl, I have been coached and directed, guided and educated to understand the power that I have in my own life. When my parents were young, in love and trying to figure out the world, they attended a “training” on how to live a successful and happy life, and have a successful and happy marriage. Throughout this training (I like to think of it as a self-help conference) they learned that they held all the power to create the life they wanted to live. Through positive thoughts and positive actions, you would attract positivity and create what you are wanting. Even making dreams come true. They put it all into practice and have lived a wonderful, blessed, beautiful life, and they’e still going strong.

What is this training?

Of course, a lot of details were discussed in this training, and it was broken down into manageable bits… but that’s the gist.  To this day, my mom and dad still refer to their “training” and all they have learned and the concept that life doesn’t just happen, but you are the one in control. You control your happiness, the positive thinking in your mind, and the way you react to what comes your way. Come to find out in more recent years, this is the “Law of Attraction”.

They have instilled this in my head since birth, and although there were times I was tired of hearing it (for the constant reminding and the choices I made that might not have been the best… yeah those late teenage years were a struggle…), I am so thankful they gave me this gift. It’s amazing to know this, and to realize that we have the power. It’s a secret that many don’t know, but I am lucky to have been raised this way… and I’m here to empower you now.

That concept seems simple, right? Think about things positively, and you’ll have a great life. Create in your mind what you want and you shall have it. However, there’s a huge gap between wanting and having. That’s where the work comes in. The work that you put in to get that life you want. It doesn’t just happen, but it happens with intention and effort. Like, GIANT amounts of intention and effort. And with that, comes an attitude that doesn’t give up. Doing things that are hard or challenging or time-consuming aren’t always favored. But when your attitude and outlook are clear and absolute, everything is easier.

Is this for real?

I’m not saying that things don’t happen that are out of our control. Of course not. Look at me, for instance. Would I have ever wished for some crazy, out-there diagnosis of a chronic disease, which before I had been told I possibly had it, I didn’t know a thing about?. And look at all the horrible things that can happen to people. They definitely don’t create those things. I totally get that we don’t control the universe. But we do control our own thoughts and our own choices and the way we respond to the things that happen in the universe.

I never really understood the importance of all these lessons from my parents until I was faced with making some life-altering decisions. Maybe I had a leg-up because of my upbringing? I think so.

Taking Control

While I was suffering and in my own living hell, I had to figure out what I wanted from my life and make it that way. With these lessons from my parents, mixed with the support and constant reminding from my husband, I was able to snap out of it and get on with living, instead of worrying and fearing the future. I was able to make the choice that it took to turn my life around. I was able to decide that diet and natural ways of healing were first and foremost on my list of values, and that I would do it and it would work. No matter what any doctor advises against, no matter how much they doubt me, and no matter what others think. No matter how hard it gets, it is worth the effort.

Really, in the course of healing my body and striving to do the best I can to get here, I have learned so much. I have changed my thought processes, almost constantly. If a negative thought comes in my mind, I often find myself deleting it out and replacing it with something positive. I picture myself thriving, meditating to see myself in a field of flowers all around me, able to run and jump and smell and SEE all the vibrant colors in every direction. It is SO powerful. It is a huge part of my healing. The power of positivity is real, and I am living proof.

Start now!

I challenge you to try it. Start by replacing one negative thought a day. Physically think about deleting it, or negating it and then think of the positive spin on that same negative thought. The more you put it into practice, the more natural it becomes. Now you know the secret, so go out and spread it around like wild fire.

M5 Farm – The Greatest Place On Earth

M5 Farm is where I live. It’s the place I call home. With my husband, my 3 little girls, and our 13 chickens and dog, Lily.

The way we got to this place was all in God’s hands… it was completely out of our control, and yet something we totally needed and wanted and didn’t know was possible.

My husband, has always been the risk taker, the dream maker, and the one with all the guts. Me? Not so much. I like to play it safe, stay comfortable, and think within the realm of what I’ve got going on. Really. I’m not all that exciting… but he’s the one who likes to ride motorcycles and drive trucks on roads that are a little too narrow. Just sayin’. He may have influenced our choice to take a huge leap of faith and go for this house and all it entailed. I’m so glad he’s got that fun-loving and risk-taking personality. It makes life exciting.

This month on June 12th, it marked 2 years since we closed on our dream home that we now call M5 Farm. It’s a circa 1954 ranch-style home on almost 2 acres of lush, green grass. In the middle of the city. We have an orchard with about 30 trees. SERIOUSLY. We did NOT know what it would be like to have 30 orange, grapefruit, lemon, peach, apricot, pecan and almond trees. Sometimes I look at the amount of work that goes into this place, 2 years later… and really thank God for the naivety that we had when we fell in love. Had we known… OH BOY. We may have though twice about putting that offer in 2 days after it went on the market!

Many many years before R came home and said “your house is for sale”, we would drive down the street this house was on as a short-cut to our old house. We would drive really slowly when we came upon M5 Farm, before it was M5 Farm. We would day-dream and think, “what would it be like to own a place like that someday.” I even drove my mom to see this house one time when we were hanging out. This was YEARS before it went on the market. It was definitely the precursor to what would turn out to be a dream come true for us.

Our old house was a modern home, 2005 build, with all the modern amenities and ZERO character. That place was great… don’t get me wrong. We were married in the front room of that house, and I birthed 2 of my babies inside those very walls. But, it was just not full of character like M5 Farm is. It didn’t hold memories of prominent families before our time. It wasn’t built by hand, with love and thought put into every single curve and corner. It didn’t have lots of space for our family to grow up in, and spread out in. It was a starter home. M5 Farm is our forever home.

I’m telling you all of this because this house, the land, the work, and the beauty take up a LOT of my time. So, you will hear a lot about M5 Farm here. It’s a part of me, a part of my family and who we are. It’s the most beautiful place to wake up to and go to sleep in. And it’s a work in progress… but aren’t we all.

Becoming a Warrior

You are a warrior.

Those are the words my husband whispered to me as I was coming to, after the fog lifted a little.

You are strong and capable of overcoming hard things. Life isn’t guaranteed to be easy, and sometimes it will throw some massive curve balls your way, and those curveballs can be insane and throw you for a loop and that is when life stops right before you. It is in the mess where you see what you are made of. It is in the mess where you find out who you really are. This is where you become a warrior.

When I first found out that my life was changing and I had no control over these changes, I felt like I would hide it and keep it a secret forever. I wanted to bury the information that I had just found out and keep it hidden deep within my soul so no one would ever know.

I wanted life to continue as it always had… but that was not possible anymore. My life was pretty much perfect before this, or essentially awesome, anyway.  I couldn’t come to terms with the impending and immediate changes that were happening. I couldn’t shake the feeling that maybe there was something I could have done to keep this from happening. To make my body healthier, by actually paying attention to myself… was this my fault? With three kids and a husband and a house and a home business, I was always on the back burner, and that was my choice. I never stopped. And if I did, it wasn’t to eat or make sure that I was finding a moment to breathe… it was to pass out from exhaustion.

After a lot of thinking, healing, contemplating, considering, and heart-to-hearts with God, I now feel led to share my story. I don’t want to remain silent when my story could help someone. Anyone. This is part of my reason for starting this blog. I want to have a place to help people. A place to help myself. And here it is. From the beginning to the now, and all that is in between. I’ve always been one that was more private and shy and to myself… so this is going way out of my comfort zone. But with discomfort comes growth and healing and I’m ready for whatever walking through this door will do.

So let’s do this.

A year and three days ago, June 17, 2016, I was told that I have Multiple Sclerosis. It was a tumultuous week leading up to the “diagnosis” when I couldn’t see, my eyes were a complete wreck, and worsening daily. Ultimately, I found out through an MRI and a physical exam that everything was going to be different and I was no longer in control… or so I was told.

I went through some very dark times, when the future felt so unknown and scary… and the worst of those days just happened to be the day that I saw the neurologist who was supposedly there to help me by shoving disease modifying drugs down my throat. “Here, read this info and tell me which one you want to start on. Oh, and once you start, you’ll be on this forever.” He told me that. Really. And I could hardly see his face, let alone read. That just happened to be the last time I stepped foot into his office.

I’m married to the best man in he world, hands down, and you’ll read a lot more about him in my posts. Because of him, I never ever felt alone, despite wanting to hide and crawl under a rock on most of those early days. He was the one to first tell me that I am a warrior and worthy of a good fight. He helped me see that I owed it to myself to fight. He was my filter, telling me what he’d read on the internet and things he’d found to start trying. I was too afraid to research, for fear that I would find the worst, most depressing story and it would destroy me. He is my rock. He helped me realize that I’m strong and capable and I soon began to believe it too. I became the warrior that I have to be to fight this.

Then we found Dr. Wahls and the Wahls Protocol. Check her out at https://terrywahls.com She is an author and an MD. She reversed her Secondary Progressive MS through diet and exercise. She went from a tilt-recline wheelchair to biking in 9 months after she changed her diet. So, that’s what I did. It’s a strict diet, and was so damn hard in the beginning… but now, a year later, it is my normal and I am so thankful that the human body is adaptable and capable of massive amounts of healing.

Today, a year later, we’re celebrating and rejoicing. From that second meeting with the neurologist, 2 weeks after the “flare”, my husband and I decided we were in this thing for the long haul and we were fighting and never giving up. We weren’t going to lie down and let this “diagnosis” rule our lives and take over our thoughts any longer. We decided, together, and with a ton of research and reading, that MS isn’t a death sentence. We decided to fight. To give it everything and anything it takes to win. And winning is what we’re doing.

I say we because this definitely isn’t all me. He’s my partner in everything, and in this too. He fights when I struggle, he wipes my tears. He holds me when I need to be held. I told you he is that good.

What a difference a year makes. Right now, I feel better than I ever have in my life. I’m stronger, healthier, and happier. I am more patient, and I have zero brain fog – which I didn’t even realize I had until I knew what it was… and to think of the years I could’t remember what happened last weekend and thought it was normal. That is not normal, friends!

A few tears have streamed down my face as I remember those fear-filled moments just one year ago, but I then think of how far we’ve come, and how much more we have to do. I know I am on the path to wellness, and I trust this process. I’m healing my body with every step and every bite of food I eat.

If you had asked me a year ago, what I thought life might be like in a year… I would have been too afraid to answer.

MS is a diagnosis. It doesn’t run my life. It won’t ever rule me. This is my life, and I choose to live it and love it as much as possible. I am a warrior and I am worth the fight.

 

 

An Essentially Awesome Life

So what is An Essentially Awesome Life? We all have one, right?

Life is NEVER perfect. It always has some kinks along each path… those kinks can be so deep that they feel permanent, and they can be just a little detour in this crazy journey we are all on.

My life, like yours (likely) is just that. Essentially Awesome. Not absolutely amazing and stellar. Not the best thing on Earth. Not perfect. No one’s is, or so I’m told… and even with the highlight reel of Facebook and Instagram, I try to remind myself that I am normal and my imperfect life is much better than it would be if there were never any hiccups to overcome… like those sites make everyone’s lives out to be… But, my life is essentially the best life I could live. It is essentially awesome. And that is where the title came from for my blog. I hope you like it and understand a little more about its meaning.

Even with the craziness that being a mother of 3 sometimes entails, a wife and a homemaker and a business owner… and that struggle of trying to be perfect, know so much, and not feel completely overwhelmed by it all. It’s still Essentially Awesome.

I am convinced that it is absolutely the hardest thing in the world to be a human being. Seriously. We all have SO MUCH on our plates. Jobs, businesses, relationships, children, laundry (OMG THE LAUNDRY), religion, friends, exercise, health and food! And that’s just scraping the surface. And we’re supposed to know what is good, bad and ugly in the world, take notes and remember everything too! It is hard. But it’s still Essentially Awesome.

This is me

This is me. I’m kinda unique… like you. Maybe one of the things that makes me most unique is the  crazy intense insane amount of things in my head. I have lots of ideas and information and I decided to share them here. For you. To see if I could help anyone on Earth feel a little more normal.

I’m Jessica, and it’s nice to meet you. If we already know each other, then I’m blessed by you. I am happy to have you in my life, and I hope we talk often and laugh together a lot. I hope we talk about the craziness of motherhood and owning businesses and health and healing. I hope we commiserate in each other’s misery over zero free time, insane amounts of scheduling and having to make meals for our kids 3x a day every.single.day. The struggle is VERY real.

As my first EVER blog post, I wanted to invite you all to check me out. I will share things here that you may have never known. I will share about my life, my struggles, my desires and my loves. I will share a little piece of me. I may even share my favorite recipes, my favorite things in life that make life a little better and easier and more fun. I don’t know. I don’t really have a super huge plan… but for once, I think that is ok. I feel drawn to write and talk about life, and I’m here to do just that.

My biggest wish is for you to read this and relate to me. To say “OH YEAH!” she is so on to something with that. So, my essentially awesome life, is sometimes REALLY awesome, and sometimes it’s not. And that’s life. I’m excited to share it with you.
